Asparagus is in season right now and I have been loading up on it at our Farmer's Market. Usually I grill it with mushrooms or roast it in the oven with summer squash but over the 4th of July I decided to kick it up a notch and try something new. I got the idea to add olives, almonds, and parmesan cheese in a magazine and I'm so glad I tried it, it was so delicious. You can either roast it or put it in a grill basket on the grill.
