Kuzak's Closet gets to work on so many beautiful organizing projects each week, some are shared on the blog or social media sites like Instagram and Facebook, but the majority of projects are never shared. In 2015 my goal is to work on creating more of a balance between the estate marketing and the organizing inspiration. The organizing side of Kuzak's Closet is just as thriving as the estate side (hard to believe, I know ... yes, it causes lack of sleep) and I love the balance of services that we are able to provide - but I ... 2 Organized Custom Closets with Before & Afters
I tackled this organizing project a few weeks ago but haven't had a chance to put together this blog post featuring the closet before and afters. I originally started this custom closet project during a relocation that we helped a family with in June. After unpacking and organizing the kids' closets I suggested that they replace the current system with a custom cabinet system from Valet. Both kids needed more storage and a system that they can grow into, plus the closets needed a luxury touch to match the style of the home. ... Keep Reading >>

Shopaholic Closet Transformation
Today I'm sharing one of the most exciting organizing projects that I've worked on this year! Do you remember my shopaholic client that I featured on the blog last year? If you aren't familiar click here to read more about her shopping addiction and how letting go has helped her enjoy what she has. Teen Closet Tranformation
The blog has been overtaken with estate sale previews over the last 8 weeks and I don't want you to get the wrong idea. We are still organizing over here! Today I wanted to share a project that we worked on last week with one of the teens from the National Charity League. Last November I spoke to her local chapter about my home organization business and the 6 steps I follow at each session. At the end I gave away a 4 hour bedroom organizing session and she was the winner. Working with kids, especially teenage girls is one of ... Keep Reading >>
Master Closet Heaven!
Kuzak's Closet has been working on several home organization projects involving clients relocating from one home to another lately. I love helping clients strategize, space plan, and set up their new homes in an organized way. It's such an opportunity for them to have a fresh start and a new perspective on the items they love and how they store them. ... Keep Reading >>
Small Closet, Big Changes
One of the projects I worked on this week was a small closet in my client's master bedroom. She uses it for extra linens, extra beauty products, and jewelry. At 3 feet deep the shelves offer lots of storage. The key to organizing a space like this is thinning out the clutter and positioning high use items in the front and low use items in the back. My client is the "shopaholic" client that I wrote about last week. She is familiar with my process and because she has done so much work to prepare to let go the process went ... Keep Reading >>
Tween Closets…
I was going through my before and afters over the weekend and I realized that these tween closet pics hadn't been posted. Before the holidays I had a client hire me to organize her entire home, from top to bottom. It was a really great project because I was able to reorganize and spruce up room, closet, and drawer over a short period of time. She has children that spend half of their week with her and the other half with their dad so it is important that their rooms are organized so they can easily pack up mid week. Because ... How to Create a Photo Inventory of Your Shoe Collection
A blog reader asked me for shoe storage advice back in November and I shared a few storage options that would help her stay organized in her small place. One of the suggestions was to store her out of season shoes in clear shoe boxes, stacked on the top shelf of her closet. Today I am going to share my tips on how to make this option work for you, and how adding photos will really help you stay organized! ... Keep Reading >>
