Our client was a painter and her late husband worked for the Food and Drug Administration. It is our treat to share the history of this home and time in Silicon Valley with all of you!

Estate sale line up, list, waiting and entrance procedures: The first person to arrive at the sale may start an entry list. This person and any person signing the list there after must remain in the area to keep their space in line. Going to the local coffee shop to get a drink or use the restroom is allowable. Going home, going to sleep, and coming back later is not. If you decide to leave the immediate area to use a restroom or get a drink/eat, it is suggested you let another person (that is also waiting for the sale to start) know that you are doing so. We cannot enforce or administer this policy or the list directly, so we ask that you police yourselves, and abide by the above policy.
