Hello Kuzak’s Closet lovelies!
It’s Kristine and Britney from J&M’s Eye Candy Blog and Shoppe
We are two Stay at Home Momma’s.
Sister in Laws by chance, friends by choice.
Lovers of creating and crafting.
“J&M” stands for Jayden and Maggie, our two little ladies. They both inspire us everyday.
We started our blog in May of this year, as a place where we can collectively archive our projects and share it with others like you. We hope that you are taking the time and enjoying crafting, whether it’s during nap time, after work, and/or late at night like we do.
We share just about everything on our blog; from recipes, mom tips, fashion, home decor, and crafty ideas + tutorials. We would love to get to know you better, so stop by and say hello!
Hi everyone! B here!! Today I am super excited to be here to celebrate one of my favorite times of year! Football, tailgating, Fall, it all fits perfectly together and I LOVE it. Thanks to Amanda for hosting such a fun week!! This is the simplest of recipes, but it just isn’t football around here with out them. Mini pigs in a blanket are a huge staple at our house on Sundays.
What you will need:
Little Smokies Sausages
Crescent Rolls
Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Salt
Now for the doing:
Lay out your crescent rolls flat. Keep two triangles together, and pinch seems together. Then cut them in strips.
Wrap the cute little sausages in the rolls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and garlic on top. Bake according to the crescent rolls package.
Happy Football Season Everybody!
Thanks again Amanda for letting me share with you and your lovely readers!

What’s better than an ordinary Pretzel Hug ??
A GREEN BAY PACKER Pretzel Hug of course!!
{Sidenote} B and I married Cheesehead brothers! We love it!
What’s better than an ordinary Pretzel Hug ??
A GREEN BAY PACKER Pretzel Hug of course!!
{Sidenote} B and I married Cheesehead brothers! We love it!
First gather your ingredients:
Bag of Snap Pretzels
Bag of Hershey Hugs
Green and Yellow M&M’s
Place pretzels on a cookie sheet, try and fit as many as you can. Then unwrap your Hugs chocolates, and place one on top of each pretzel.
Bake at 200 degrees (preheat your oven), for approximately 7 minutes. Due to oven variations, be sure and watch for the Hugs to melt. Once they start to melt, remove them from the oven, and right away place a couple M&M’s on each Hugs chocolate. You may need to press them into the melted chocolate.
I always allow them to cool before serving them out to others, but they are just as yummy right away! If I make them during the game and hungry hands are ready to devour them, I stick them in the freezer for five minutes so the chocolate hardens a bit. Again, just as delicious!
I like to make up a few batches the day before the game to have them ready, this way I can let them air dry for several hours. I store them in an airtight container overnight, and serve em up whenever we are ready! We like them cold, so I tend to put them in the fridge, but this is not necessary.
Imagine all the color possibilities!! We make these pretty much for every holiday, and use colored M&M’s to “match.” You can bet Halloween ones are up next!!
Hope this was helpful to you lovely readers! Please stop by our blog and party with us sometime! We host a linky party every Tuesday called “Help a Momma Out” and every Sunday called “Strut Your Stuff.” We would love to see your creations and hear your stories! Thanks again Amanda for having us!
And just for fun 🙂 The Hubs, our sweet M, and I showing our team spirit last year after winning the Superbowl! GO PACK GO!!
Have a great day everyone!
